Rugby Music Festival approached me to help design a logo and printed promotional material to advertise this event, which is now in its second year. They have ambitious plans over the next few years and realised the value of a distinctive and cohesive brand to help support and promote future events.
The brand had already been started which included a grungy, unkempt feel. Due to this event being quite new and still continually evolving, I felt this was actually quite an appropriate style but the image needed to be brightened up as this event is for everyone, rather than just a specific younger crowd.
Anyway this is still obviously work in progress, but will include 50,000 flyers, street banners, A2 posters, front-of-stage displays and other promotional materials as the event draws closer.
